Excellent selection of books and they will order any they don't have in stock within a day or two. Very satisfied.
I bought a map book recently and when I got home realised that it had been bound incorrectly with many pages missing. I reported the error to the shop by phone as soon as I realised. I was asked to return the faulty book but as I live some miles from Ledbury offered to return it in two weeks' time. In the meantime the owner promised to post a new book to me as I needed the map book quickly. Upon returning the book today my wife enquired as to why no book had arrived in the post. Basically the owner said she had "forgot". Poor service. Whilst the original error was not the shop's fault choosing not to post as promised was very disappointing.
