Lauretta is a really great yoga teacher. She runs a class where you can have a little bit of banter whilst progressing through the exercises. Its well worth taking up its not easy but its definitely worthwhile.
Lauretta at Trinity Tree Yoga is brilliant. Im a fairly frenetic person by nature and this is some much-needed quiet time in the working week. The positions are stretching but Lauretta is so positive and encouraging, pointing out small changes which make all the difference to the practice. You really do feel as if you are improving weekly and the change in flexibility is noticeable. I would highly recommend this class to anyone.
Ive been going to Mummyoga pregnancy yoga since about 20 weeks pregnant (Im not 36) and absolutely love going. I hadnt been to a yoga class in years. Lauretta is fantastic, the classes are both relaxing and fantastic for building strength and stretching.Ive found its definitely helped me throughout my pregnancy, and I hope to use a number of techniques during labour! I plan on moving onto the Mummy and me yoga classes next!
Had a lovely afternoon at Lauretta's Yin workshop, her teaching is excellent and she makes you feel very comfortable about yourself. Super studio too, a perfect way of spending a sunday afternoon!
Lauretta is an incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and positive teacher and I highly recommend her tuition. Lauretta has supported me on a one to one basis and with my husband with pregnancy yoga and I have loved every second - Lauretta has put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable, and has been very patient while I learn the poses. Lauretta is such a kind lady and she puts you completely at ease and makes you feel really comfortable - thank you Lauretta for getting me through my pregnancy!
