I would highly recommend Nicola. I was in pain over Christmas with a long term back condition. Nicola took an indepth history and explained exactly what was happening to cause the pain. She examined me and did some exercises which I was to continue doing at home. This is exactly what I was hoping for as I know so many back problems are ongoing and I needed to have the right tools and knowledge to be able to help as much as I can to prevent further episodes.
