Had a bite to eat and a few halves of cider in the restaurant before the tour which was really nice and good value. Tour itself was great.. lots if history and fantastic to see an independent adventurous family run business still going strong in a world of sterile corporate banality
Did the Tour, with a great guide, who was full of knowledge and enthusiasm. Thank you Tom, for looking after us so well. Samples were great, staff were lovely. A really worthwhile visit.
What a gorgeous tea shop. I was served by a really nice lady...great cup of tea and a nice cake. The building is an original farm building it is beautifully restored.Have to come back soon. The complex is a fascinating mixture of old and new, with a restaurant, shop and museum available. The public area is beautifully maintained. There is a good sized car park which is situated on the other side of the road from the complex, and is signposted. The photo is of "Old Rosie" a nicely restored steam roller on display in the cider mill yard.
Great tea shop with true homemade cakes which were delicious! Tom the tour guide was excellent and very informative. Great cider samples. Restaurant was also excellent. Great service by friendly staff and awesome food. Highly recommended and will be returning.
Visited here to use the play park which is lovely for little ones with plenty to play on. Went to the shop and bought a selection or fruit ciders which are all lovely, especially the rhubarb. There is a cafe and restaurant here which looked nice but unfortunately didn't have time to stay for something to eat.
