A vegetarian in a rural environment often has limited options. The mushroom risotto was first class. Beer perfect.
Good simple pub food. Chunky chips and yummy dishes. Very quick service. Would recommend.
Pub restaurant standard but with a well thought out menu that aims higher. Slightly higher pricing than your average pub restaurant but that is reflected in the quality of the ingredients and standard of the food. Recommended for a special meal or family treat.
Met here for a family lunch. We had the fish platter which was the best lunch I think I'd ever had. The salmon mousse was to die for. My only regret was that I had the small platter and not the larger portion!!!
